We're so certain you'll love your new patch (and that it'll cause your Chief to have a stroke) that we stand behind all of our products with a 30 day, no questions asked guarantee! If you don't like your patch for any reason at all, or have been explicitly ordered by your front office to never wear it again to work, simply utilize the self-serve return option and send it back to us for a full refund.

90 Day Conditional Guarantee!
If after 90 days you decide our patch is no longer for you, perhaps due to an extended stay in the brig, reach out to us via email, in the chat, or in our Instagram DMs with a picture of your patch. As long as it hasn't been put through the blades of an engine and is in somewhat decent condition, we'll send you a return label and refund your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders cannot be returned in the absence of damage. As much as we would like to cover the cost of your regret, we have limited beer and Zyn money to feed our employees. We'll work with you to ensure you're 100% happy with the artwork and provided sample before finalizing production and shipping your patches to your door!
